EXPANSION
Following the complete development and quick take-up rates at its first
location, Laguna Technopark, Inc. is setting its sights on Alaminos in the
third district of Laguna.
Situated at the heart of the Calabarzon region, Alaminos is easily accessible from the country's international air and sea ports, as well as its business centers. Located right along Maharlika National Highway, the Alaminos property is 85 km from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and 88 km from the Manila South Harbor. The site is only 65 km away from the Makati Central Business District, 25 km from the Sta. Rosa/Biñan site, and 19 km from the Calamba-South Luzon Expressway Interchange.
